The rate includes:

•  the day’s laundry
• a self help breakfast (fruit, fruit juice, cereals, milk, yogurt, bread, butter and a variety of jams and spreads), 
•  many other home comforts such as a fruit bowl, garden flowers, a carrot cake once a week, a rusk tin, tea, coffee etc.
• DSTV and internet
• The units are fully serviced every morning (weekends are a basic cleaning service).
• All units are fully self sufficient, however, evening meals are available on request (just need to know by midday).
