Rates

SINGLE:

• Dolls’ House, Ivy, Musase ~  $110/night
• Lavender, Mandavilla, Roses, Petrea  ~ $125/night

COUPLES:

• Dolls’ House, Ivy, Musase ~ $150/night
• Lavender, Petrea, Roses, Mandavilla   ~ $175/night

FAMILIES:
For children/adults in excess of the first two persons:

• Up to and including 12 years of age ~ $25/day
• From age 13 to 18 years old ~ $37.50/day
• Over 18 years old ~  $50/day

FRIENDS:

• Two independent adults sharing – $175 per unit per day
• for Mandavilla ~ $200

GROUP:  on enquiry – dependent on number in group etc.

The rate includes:

• The day’s laundry
• A self help breakfast
  (fruit, fruit juice, cereals milk, yogurt, bread, butter and a variety of jams and spreads)
• Many other home comforts such as a fruit bowl, garden flowers, a carrot cake once a week, a rusk tin, tea, coffee etc
• DSTV and internet
• The units are fully serviced every morning (weekends are a basic cleaning service)
• All units are fully self sufficient, however, evening meals are available on request (just need to know by midday)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, the following rules shall apply:

• 21 – 28 days prior to arrival:  Liable for 25% of cost
• 14 – 21 days prior to arrival:  Liable for 50% of cost
• 7 – 14 days prior to arrival:    Liable for 75% of cost
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Liable for 100% of cost

Although Fleur de Lys shall at all times endeavour to inconvenience you as little as possible and honour all bookings, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation and return any monies paid by you towards such booking for just cause or where circumstances beyond its control have made it untenable to continue with such reservation.
